Shipping policy

Production time

Production starts after your artwork is approved. Turnaround times shown on each product are business days (Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays) and don't include shipping time.

Rush and same day

• Apparel rush: flat $50 per order.
• Large-format printing: rush or same-day production is double the item price. Same-day orders must be placed and approved by 10 AM Pacific.
• Fabric-printed items (fabric table covers, fabric banners and similar) aren't eligible for rush because production takes at least 3 business days.

Shipping

We ship nationwide within the United States. Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout. Large items may ship folded, in sections, or by freight. Some items, such as DTF transfers, ship directly from our production partner. You'll get tracking by email once your order ships.

Local pickup in Las Vegas

Pickup is available by appointment only at 3651 S. Lindell Rd., Suite D173, Las Vegas, NV 89103, once we confirm your order is ready. We'll contact you to schedule.

Shipping problems

If a package arrives damaged or goes missing, email print@jqfdesigns.com within 7 days of the delivery date shown in tracking and we'll help resolve it.
