How long will my order take?

Most orders ship 7 to 10 business days after you approve your artwork. From October to December, please allow up to 15 business days. Need it sooner? Rush production is a flat $50 per order, subject to availability.
Is there a minimum order?

No minimum when you order online. Bulk pricing starts at 12 pieces, and screen printing starts at 24 pieces.
Which decoration method should I choose?

Screen printing gives the best price on larger orders with simpler designs. Full-color DTF is ideal for smaller runs and detailed or colorful artwork. Embroidery gives polos, staff wear and hoodies a polished, professional look. The estimator above points out the better value for your quantity, and we'll confirm the best fit when we review your artwork.
What artwork should I send?

For printing, send a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, or a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG). For embroidery, a clean logo file works best. If you already have an embroidery file, an EMB file is preferred. Not sure your file will work? Send what you have and we'll let you know.
What is digitizing, and why is there a fee?

Before a logo can be embroidered, it has to be converted into a stitch file for the embroidery machine. That one-time setup is called digitizing: $39.99 for a left chest or hat logo, and $54.99 for a jacket back. You only pay it once per logo. Repeat orders with the same logo skip it.
Will I see a proof before production?

Yes. We confirm your artwork, placement and colors before anything is produced, and nothing moves forward until you approve it.
Can I mix sizes and colors?

Yes. Include your size and color breakdown with your request. Ink colors may need small adjustments between light and dark garments, and we'll show you that on your proof.
What sizes are available?

Adult S to 3XL and youth sizes are available online. 4XL and larger are available on request, and we'll include them in your quote.
Do you ship, or can I pick up?

We ship nationwide, and local orders can be picked up by appointment.
