Refund policy

Almost everything we sell is made to order with your artwork, so we can't accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind, a wrong size or quantity chosen at checkout, or artwork errors in an approved proof.

When we make it right

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match the proof you approved, contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup with your order number and photos. We'll reprint or replace the affected items at no cost, or issue a refund if a reprint isn't possible.

Before production starts

You can cancel for a full refund until your artwork is approved and the order goes into production. Once production starts, the order can't be cancelled.

Design services

Design time ($65/hour) is billed for work completed and isn't refundable once work has started.

Color

We print in full color (CMYK). Small color differences between screens and printed materials are normal and aren't considered defects.
